FAQ

Does Fast Wrap replace classic hand wraps?

For training, yes. Fast Wrap supports the wrist and pads the knuckles, you just put your gloves on top. Official competitions have their own rules, see below.

Which size do I need?

Measure your hand around the knuckles, without the thumb. S/M fits approx. 17–20 cm – usually teens, women and men up to approx. 70 kg. L/XL fits approx. 20–24 cm – usually men from approx. 70 kg. Right in between? Go for L/XL.

Can I wash it?

Yes – up to 30 °C on a gentle cycle or by hand. Close the velcro first, air dry, no tumble dryer.

Can I wear Fast Wrap in competition?
